Robert McCaw, MBA, Treasurer, Doctors of the Americas


Rob earned a BSBA from Appalachian State University where he majored in Health Care Management and Risk Management and Insurance. His MBA is from Temple University’s Fox School of Business with a concentration in finance.

Rob is Head of Miscellaneous Medical Facilities at Bowhead Specialty. 

Julia Badulak, BS, Secretary, Doctors of the Americas


Julia graduated from St. Joseph’s University with a bachelors of science in marketing. She spent eleven years working for Urban Outfitters, Inc. as a purchasing agent and is currently raising her two young sons.

Julia has been involved with Doctors of the Americas since its inception and has been to El Salvador several times. She assists Stephanie in the coordination and operations/management of the mobile medical clinics in El Salvador.

Andrew Badulak, DO, DiMM,FAWM President, Doctors of the Americas


Andrew graduated from La Salle University with a degree in geology. He earned his medical degree from the University of New England, College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed an internship at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and a residency in Family Medicine at Temple University. He holds a Diploma in Mountain Medicine and is certified by the International Society of Travel Medicine. 


In addition to caring for patients, Andrew's work with Doctors of the Americas involves supervising and educating residents in a variety of specialties including Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Emergency Medicine. He is in charge of ordering medications and procuring donations. 


Stephanie Badulak, MEd, Vice-President, Doctors of the Americas


Stephanie graduated from Ursinus College with a degree in economics and French. She earned her masters in elementary education from Arcadia University and taught fourth grade for twenty four years in Centennial School District.


Stephanie's work with Doctors of the Americas involves coordinating with her partners in the Comandos de Salvamento to organize mobile medical clinics in El Salvador, communicating with volunteers to organize travel arrangements, fund raising, and supervising the distribution of donations.
